OPTION 1:

30 DAY JOURNEY BINDER PDF
+ WEEKLY GROUP ZOOM SESSIONS

INCLUDES

  • Weekly view page of each day's challenge items that will be the same throughout the 30 days broken down by each week & includes daily check off list

  • 30 Journal prompts & Self Care Ideas

  • 12 month goal, intention setting and plan for the month, mid point check in and end of journey reflections page.

  • daily yoga, sun salutations video (above) modifications discussed in class.

  • pranayama, daily breathing exercise video (above) additional pranayama discussed in class 3 & 4

  • Weekly group support through weekly group zoom

 

CLASS DETAILS:

  • 4, 60 - 75 minute, zoom group class on Tuesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm CST during course

  • Yoga Nidra as part of the group session in weeks 2, 3, 4

  • supportive - small group of accountability, round table discussion & support

DETAILS:

  • 2 personal,  30 - 40 minute sessions class during course

    • session 1: Once you purchase the plan, you'll be able to schedule your first 45 minute session. We'll go over how the plan works, discuss any obstacles you foresee and create an action plan to stay on path.

    • session 2: This session will be scheduled during week 3. We'll set up this session in our introductory session. View this session as an accountability session and to stay on path.

She's a certified and trained practitioner in Alternative and Holistic Modalities trained in moderating and facilitating groups in social settings, goal planning and lifestyle changes. While she specializes in modalities to release trauma blockages in the body and mind, she incorporates an Ayurvedic lifestyle into her daily routine; fasting, juicing, nutrition, physical movement, yoga, yoga nidra, lucid dreaming, vegan life choice, and many more. Understands the power of healthy living and the importance it plays in reducing daily stressors and aging. As she turns 53 in January 2024, the importance of incorporating more modalities into her practice challenging herself will allow her to accomplish bucket list items that have been sitting on her mind's shelf for over 3 decades.
