Welcome to your 10-day mindfulness course crafted to gently lead you toward establishing a sustainable routine while unlocking the many benefits of this practice. Each day, we will delve into different aspects that connect our mind, body, and breath, allowing you to cultivate a personalized practice that resonates with you. This course features audio recordings, mindfulness practices, guidance on how to let go, daily journal prompts to keep you on path, a variety of pranayama practices (breathing exercises), and many different forms of guided meditations. Throughout this journey, you'll learn to focus on your breath, practice various breathing techniques, calm your mind, recognize areas of tension in your body, and discover tools to enhance your meditation experience. Our sessions will include guided visualization meditations, along with insights into techniques that can deepen your practice. Starting and maintaining a mindfulness routine can be difficult, which is why we've structured this course over 10 days—to help you build consistency and repeat important concepts while introducing something new each day. We recognize beginning anything new may be difficult; so we've added in a cushion of 8 additional days to complete this course and build your personal practice.
