BACK STORY
This podcast began a month before leaving for the Camino de Santiago, a 500 + mile walk across Spain. I wanted to be able to share the magical cellular healing and physical recovery of the powerful, ancient modality of YOGA NIDRA. As I shared it it with others along the 30+ day trek, I was listening to the Yoga Nidra episode every evening after walking 23 - 30 km a day.
What I've learned first hand is that I was not having the same physical issues everyone else was having. I almost developed a singular blister, and found myself walking further than I believed I could. I began pushing myself beyond my limits; leaving personal sentimental possessions along the route and no longer needed the support of staying with a singular group for feelings of safety. My mind and body was healing. I was releasing and rewriting old self limiting beliefs.
PODCAST MISSION
I am building a library of comprehensive episodes based on needs I'm witnessing across the global community. After working with other peregrinos on the camino; trauma nurses, athletes, widows, grieving parents and partners, etc... I recognize the need for Yoga Nidra along with other holistic modalities to help others move through difficult chapters in their lives. I recognize the need to help other intuitives, those in the therapy & health care field to teach them to transmute energy and elevate their life force - vital energy. When our energy dips, so does our physical health and mental well being.
