Yoga Nidra made for you and what you're working through. This session includes pranayama, meditation and Sankalpa / Intension Setting in addition to a 20 minute Yoga Nidra session

Cancellation Policy

Option to reschedule a session within 48 hours of the day (Monday - Friday) of the appointment. Cancelled sessions will not be refunded. Please do not reserve a session spot if you struggle with commitment. Reserving a spot reduces the limited session options available.
