Trauma Release (TTRR) & Yoga Nidra (the Yogic Sleep) to reset your body and mind. An organic trauma releasing session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel for a reschedule, you must notify us within 24 hours prior to your appointment time. You will be allowed to reschedule one time within a 30 day period. All cancellations are nonrefundable. If you missed a session, you will not be refunded and may reschedule your missed session with 50% of session cost.
