HOW THIS PROGRAM WILL REWIRE MY BRAIN
This program will implement a process of creating new, healthy behaviors as a way of dealing with old traumas and experiences that once held you standing still in life. You may be soaring in one area of your life while sinking in another.
This program will have you refocus and look at your life as a whole and not singular separated pieces. You will uncover imbalances, areas you are avoiding or deep rooted issues that no longer serve you.



YOUR BRAIN, THE UNIVERSE BETWEEN YOUR EARS
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BRAIN WHEN NEW BEHAVIORS ARE REPEATED
Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural pathways throughout life and in response to experiences. While the brain usually does this itself in response to injury or disease, when humans focus their attention enough, they can slowly rewire these pathways themselves.

During this program, you'll be refocusing your attention on areas you may not have seen before or now see them in a different light. You'll be able to step back and become an observer, shifting your attention and rewiring pathways.

During this guided relaxation modality, you will experience your physical body, energetic body, breath, mind and true sense of peace conjoin back to it's natural state of being one. Studies have found that the Yoga Nidra practice (or “state”) appears to reflect an integrated response by the hypothalamus, resulting in decreased sympathetic (excitation) nervous activity and increased parasympathetic (relaxation) function.

WHAT HORMONES ARE RELEASED IN YOGA NIDRA
Two neuroimaging studies have shown that yoga nidra produces changes in endogenous dopamine release and cerebral blood flow, a further confirmation that its effects on the CNS are objectively measurable.
DOES YOGA NIDRA LOWER CORTISOL?
Yoga Nidra practice promotes the removal of excess cortisol (stress hormone) from the system, which can weaken the hippocampus, and makes us vulnerable to depression and anxiety. During Yoga Nidra both Gaba and Serotonin are naturally released in the body, creating both anti-anxiety and anti-depressant effects.
CAN YOGA NIDRA HEAL THE BODY?
Yoga nidra allows you to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep. Activating delta brainwaves during yoga nidra allows your mind and body to rest while you're awake. Yoga nidra also activates the pineal gland.

I've done this program over the last 20 years and each time the results are different. You've heard the saying, New Level = New Devil. Each time you level up you push yourself to a new place and each place leads you to challenge your current methods and thinking. This is program meant to be done over and over again.

What if I fall behind or fall off?

If you fall off and haven't attended a class, you'll receive a couple of emails checking in with you to help you get on back on path.

Resistance and falling behind or falling off may all feel the same. The work will be triggering, but as a collective you will be encouraged to stay the path even through the resistance.
