WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA
Referred to as the Yogic Sleep or the Awaken Sleep, because your mind is awake, but your body is in a deep, healing sleep. This modality changes the nature and wiring of how your mind works. It relieves aches and pains in your body and aids in mental wellbeing reducing feelings of depression, anxiety, ptsd, self sabotage, spiraling thoughts, imposter syndrome, hopeless and helplessness. This practice goes to the core, opening up the deeper phases of your mind restoring your creative genius and helping your body and mind cure itself of chronic illnesses.

Yoga nidra releases tension, induces relaxation and creates peace within your body and mind. These effects and immediate benefits of the practice are the ingredients of human transformation. This is not a deep, guided relaxation technique that requires a place to lay down or recline without interruption; and not a physical practice. Its benefits are immediate and accumulative. Different guided sessions do different things.
