I've been journaling for over 4 decades. I've done programs over and over and over. I've taken courses, completed journaling programs and studying the emotional, spiritual and business sides of journaling... And now I want to share with you how to tap into the power of healing hidden between the words you're writing and the questions you're not asking yourself.
I'm dedicated to committing to creating a safe space for transformation. In this program I will use and share with you the how to use journaling as a tool of mental and emotional liberation.

Finding Focus Program ?
This journaling program is designed to help you gain clarity, set intentions, and stay focused over a three-month period. Each month has a theme and specific prompts to guide your reflections and activities.
This 1-On-1 course crafted to help you delve into self-awareness. This program will help you shatter perceived barriers and self-doubt, revealing a clear vision of your true self. As you dig deeper, the core of your ideas will become vivid and tangible through your writings. You will transcend the illusion of glass ceilings and limiting beliefs, beginning to see a clear vision of yourself. By embracing this vision, your body will resonate with the energy of becoming and being that person.
