Your body will shift and move to release trauma stored in the muscles, tissues and organs of your body. You will feel tension easing and releasing. Every session will begin with a grounding process through pranayama (your breath) allowing the process of releasing what's holding you back & the tension you feel in your body to be easily accessed. 

 

These sessions will leave you feeling more relaxed, peaceful, calm and a heightened sense of clarity. You will feel lighter and less physically restrictive. Benefits from each session is accumulative; each session continues to add up. You'll go deeper with each new session.

This powerful modality is beneficial to anyone open to trying this practice.

HOW TO PREP FOR THE SESSION:

It's best to wear comfortable, loose clothing (yoga pants, sweats, socks & a comfortable shirt). Stay away from tight, restrictive clothing. This type of clothing will restrict your movements and disrupt your flow. Please do not eat 1 hour before the session. You will need your own yoga mat & a light blanket. If you have lower back issues or uncomfortable laying down, please bring a small towel that you can use rolled to cushion your lower back and provide support against the floor. 

I suggest to everyone to come with an open mind.Bring a journal to record how you feel before or after the session. You will have the option to ask questions after the session time permitting.

Additional Information: In the event of yoga nidra, your body cools down and some experience being cold. Yoga Nidra is not a physical practice. It's much more like a guided meditation. This may or may not be part of your 1 on 1 Session or group session.  Group Options, please contact for a quote.

ENERGETIC SPINAL REALIGNMENT

This is an in person session is a powerful energetic realignment of your spine, hips and pelvis.  You will feel you spine decompress and create space between each vertebra. 

 

There is no physical manipulation. There is a sense of euphoria and floating as your spine elongates. Some define it as a spiritual, peace feeling and others explaining as a feeling of levitation.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

I'll trace the energetic outline of your body to raise your personal vibration. Your body will naturally begin to sway, move, elongate, stretch and compress to restructure itself. This process has a powerful euphoric feeling and there is not pain involved. Many recipients of this process feel an incredible surge of creativity, clarity and purpose.

 

During the session, I'll feel the blockages and pains in my body that is present in yours. We'll be able to move through and work to remove them. This raises your life force energy. I'll receive information that relates to experiences causing the blockages and dis-ease in your body. Some of the information will be about physical conditions that are either in the process of becoming a chronic illness or has already manifested into one.

PSYCHIC READING

While we are all born with natural, intuitive guidance... not everyone has had the benefit to cultivate theirs. Some abilities are even covered in personal trauma, difficult personal experiences and maybe even layers of shame that keep them from developing themselves on deeper level.

 

My profession of helping others move through trauma has allowed myself through my own and see life on a different plane of possibility. Aligning my occupation & passion with being selected as a BABAYLAN combines  my medium and psychic abilities blurring the lines of mind, body and spirit trifecta into one; a wholeness of self. This is part of the modalities I practice.

Psychic Reading

The difference between a psychic and medium:

 

Psychics are highly sensitive to energy and rely solely on the abilities of sight and intuition. They can travel through time using abilities like remote viewing or clairvoyance to be able to focus on the path in question. Psychics can also have the ability to manipulate energy using telekinesis and psychokinesis. Depending on the messages that come through, a psychic can feel energy through their chakras as a warm or pressured sensation, or they can transfer energy to another. 

In contrast, mediums communicate with spirits to gather information. A medium can receive information about a person's current situation by asking the spirits or ancestors that surround them, but most of the time, a medium focuses on the afterlife. This is usually done by connecting to a spirit that has passed to bring an important message or help those they left behind to deal with their grief. In other words, mediums can provide closure after death.

HOW DOES A READING WORK?

Readings are extremely simple and the amount of clarity you receive to the answers you seek are simple and direct. Each answer can take you down a path to more knowledge and further understanding.

 

No single answer is what it seems, and we'll dive deeper into understanding the answers.

 

I use a pendulum with clients in these sessions to allow them to see the answers revealed to them with physical evidence. There is no guiding someone into a question to receive an answer they want to hear. Even when receiving an answer you don't want to hear, you are given constructive guidance on how to move forward and through the obstacle ahead. This is not just about receiving but action to creating the life you want... and to move into the direction of living in alignment with the happiness we are all deserving.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a nonphysical form of deep relaxation. During this guided relaxation modality, you will experience your physical body, energetic body, breath, mind and true sense of peace conjoin back to it's natural state of being one. Benefits of this practice are immediate.

 

Wether your yoga nidra is in a group or private session, the process and the benefits are the same. This modality is typically combined with intuitive guidance session, trauma release session, psychic reading or energetic spinal realignment session but can be done as a stand alone session. 

Yoga Nidra

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BRAIN DURING YOGA NIDRA?

  • Yoga nidra allows you to access delta brainwaves, which are responsible for the healing and restoration that happens in your body during deep sleep. Activating delta brainwaves during yoga nidra allows your mind and body to rest while you're awake.

  • Studies have found that the Yoga Nidra practice (or “state”) appears to reflect an integrated response by the hypothalamus, resulting in decreased sympathetic (excitation) nervous activity and increased parasympathetic (relaxation) function.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BODY IN YOGA NIDRA?

  • activates the pineal gland.

  • produces changes in endogenous dopamine release and cerebral blood flow

  • promotes the removal of excess cortisol (stress hormone) from the system, which can weaken the hippocampus, and makes us vulnerable to depression and anxiety.

  • both Gaba and Serotonin are naturally released in the body during the session, creating both anti-anxiety and anti-depressant effects.
